About JILIBB: Who Writes This, and How We Judge Whether a Site Is Legit

What this site is, and what it is not

JILIBB is a small editorial project covering JILI games, GCash and InstaPay mechanics, and the practical rules of gambling in the Philippines. It is not an operator. Legit ba: what we can tell you, and what only you can check
