IDs that pass KYC
KYC is a one-time PAGCOR requirement that confirms your identity and age. Any one of these government IDs works, as long as the name matches your account exactly:

- SSS card

The rules that keep an account payable
Two rules trip up more first-time withdrawals than anything else. Neither is negotiable, because both come from the regulator, not from JILIBB.
- You must be 21 or older. Age is confirmed at KYC, before any withdrawal is released.
- The account, and the GCash or bank wallet you cash out to, must be in your own name. PAGCOR-licensed operators reject payouts to third-party accounts.

How long does KYC verification take?
Review times are set by each operator. Upload a clear photo of one valid ID plus a selfie, and make sure the name matches your registration; a mismatch restarts the review and adds delay.
How old do I have to be?
You must be at least 21 to register and play, under Philippine gaming law. Age is verified during KYC, and any account found to belong to a minor is closed.
Can I cash out to a family member's GCash?
No. Your withdrawal wallet must be in your own name. PAGCOR rules bar payouts to third-party accounts, so a mismatched name will cause the cashout to be rejected.
Can I set my own deposit limits?
Licensed operators generally offer daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits in the account dashboard on their own site, alongside self-exclusion and reality-check reminders. You can usually set or tighten them at any time.
I can't log in, what should I check?
Confirm you're using the mobile number you registered with the operator, then reset the password via its official OTP flow if needed. If the OTP doesn't arrive, check signal and that the number is active before contacting the operator's own support.
